We source gold from artisanal and small-scale miners and trusted suppliers, and trade it with buyers in Kenya and abroad. All gold offered is subject to independent weighing and purity verification before any transaction is confirmed.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Gold prices fluctuate and any decision to buy or sell is made at the customer's own discretion and risk.
We operate in line with applicable Kenyan laws governing the trade of precious metals. Customers and suppliers may be asked to provide identification and relevant documentation as part of our due-diligence process before a transaction proceeds.
Payment and delivery terms are agreed individually for each transaction and confirmed in writing before goods or funds change hands. We do not process payments through this website.
While we take care to verify the weight and purity of all gold traded, Simba Ore & Metal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from market price movements, delays, or third-party actions outside our reasonable control.
